2005 – 2015
In collaboration with my partner, I recruited, coordinated, organized and trained teams of women and men (average 30-40 participants per season) to compete in sprint and Olympic distance triathlons for an annual summer training program. We delivered relevant lectures, coordinated related speakers, instructors and experts, recommended gear, equipment and apparel and arranged discounts at local businesses. Our goal was to introduce the athletes to the many varied aspects of training-related information throughout the season.
